The Atlas Pacific Spoon Pitter is a state-of-the-art pitter designed to pit both clingstone and freestone peaches. With climate and orchard practices continuing to change, the condition of the fruit received at the plant has become more variable. This has forced processors to be flexible in this need to be able to pit large, soft fruit.
This machine offers the processor an alternative method of pitting for various fruit conditions.
