The Atlas Pacific High Speed Automatic Pear Peeler is designed to maximize pear production throughput and optimize yield recoveries. The 8-lane machine features non-corrosive construction and superior feeding, orienting and peeling capabilities which lead directly to processor savings.
It runs at 135 pears per minute which is almost twice the speed of the standard peeler. The machine occupies less floor space than two of the standard peelers, providing further savings in factory floor space requirements, and uses non-corrosive materials, reducing the labor required for cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the machine.
