The Atlas Pacific Apricot Pitter and Halver orients, slices, and pits oval shaped apricots, and is ideal for producing grade pack quality apricot halves.

The machine processes up to 1,000 pieces of fruit per minute and is adjustable to accommodate a wide range of fruit size (32mm to 57mm diameter).

All machines meet OSHA and UL508 requirements, and some machines bearing the CE Mark are also available.
