COVID-19, Update from our Atlas CEO, Robb Morris

Dear Atlas Pacific family:

We appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us to provide the highest quality equipment, parts and service. We continue to closely monitor emerging guidance from the CDC, WHO and other relevant state and federal entities with respect to COVID-19 and refine our response accordingly as circumstances change. In this time when you are focusing on your business and employees, we are reaching out to reassure you that we are committed to continuing service to you as this situation evolves.

First and foremost, like you, we are taking the appropriate precautions to care for our families, our customers and our communities. We are taking the following actions, focused on our highest priority: the health and well-being of our employees and customers:

  • We have taken several measures to help ensure we are providing a clean, safe, and healthy working environment for our employees (i.e., restricting travel, implementing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures).
  • We are encouraging any employee who does not feel well to stay home, focus on their health, and minimize physical contact with other employees and our customers.
  • All our employees, including those who interact with our customers or enter customer processing facilities, are taking the appropriate enhanced preventative measures. This includes regular hand washing, use of hand sanitizers, utilizing disinfecting sprays and wipes, as well as understanding and abiding by any additional sanitary procedures required by our customers.
  • We are taking the appropriate steps to ensure the reliability of our business processes, both in manufacturing and service infrastructure to ensure we can continue to provide the high quality equipment, parts and service you are accustomed to. A key element we are closely monitoring is any potential logistical issues that may arise that would impact our service timing and availability.
  • Based on current travel restrictions, we are asking our team members to work closely with one another and our customers to determine the most effective means to continue to deliver exceptional service.

We will continue to monitor the latest information and relay any changes related to our equipment, parts or service.
