The Atlas Pacific Fresh Slice Apple System feeds, orients, cores and slices at speeds up to 115 apples per minute. This machine is specifically designed to meet the demands of the Fresh Slice apple industry. The standard model is available with stainless steel product contact parts to meet food safety and sanitation requirements, and our premium model is available with 100% non-corrosive materials of construction. Either machine can be configured to produce wedge slices, ring slices or combination cut apples.
All machines meet OSHA and UL508 requirements and machines bearing the CE Mark are also available.
