The Atlas Pacific fully automatic HS8 (High Speed, 8 lane) Pear Peeler is designed to maximize pear production throughput and optimize yield recoveries. The new 8 lane machine features non-corrosive construction and superior feeding, orienting and peeling capabilities which lead directly to processor savings.
The new HS8 runs at 124 pears per minute which is almost twice the speed of the standard live knife peeler. While operating at twice the speed, the machine occupies less floor space than two of the standard peelers, providing further savings in factory floor space requirements.
Other machine improvements include extensive use of non-corrosive materials, reducing the labor required for cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the machine.
